Privacy Notice – CRRF Accessibility Survey

 CRRF is subject to the federal Privacy Act and is committed to your privacy and the protection of your personal information. Although this survey is voluntary, your participation and feedback are valuable and will inform the development of CRRF’s first accessibility plan.    

Your survey responses will remain confidential and will be shared with CRRF in aggregate form only. No efforts will be made to identify individual respondents or use any other information that could lead to identifying individuals. Survey data and responses will be accessed and used strictly by those representatives at Left Turn Right Turn Ltd. who are working on the survey.  Your survey responses will be securely destroyed within six months following the completion of the survey and analysis of results.  

Use of Third Parties and Location of Data
The survey is being administered by Left Turn Right Turn Ltd. on behalf of CRRF, using the Microsoft Forms survey tool.
