LTRT has a fully distributed workforce. This means all of us work remotely. However, because most of us live in and around Toronto, we have regular meetups and in-person co-working sessions (plus summer barbeques and board game nights). Being fully remote means we aren’t confined by geography, so we have staff and affiliate consultants in Charlottetown, Winnipeg, Montreal, Vancouver, and beyond!
It’s hard to start a new job remotely, but we do everything in our power to make sure you feel a part of the team immediately.

Vacation and comp time is respected. You will also receive an annual training budget, because we fundamentally believe in continual personal growth and development. Performance and salary reviews are never skipped (and yes, we have an established process for this).
You will be asked how LTRT can keep improving. And we reserve time to connect, whether it’s for showing off our new side projects or for some board game sessions.
