Ben (he/him) is an urban planner with transit leadership experience in network design and service planning, scheduling, stops and infrastructure, community engagement and fare strategy projects.

He loves hiking, biking, diving, paddling,  skiing but above all, coffee shops!

Graham (he/him) is devoted to implementing transit policy and planning solutions that foster sustainability and reduce auto dependency. In his spare time, Graham loves being active, reading philosophy books, hanging out with friends, cooking exciting meals, and exploring Montreal / Tiohtià:ke where he currently lives.

Kaila's (she/her) background in theatre, film, television, cellular science, and working with disabled students combines with her lived experience as a neurodiverse, Queer, Black millennial woman to provide clients with insights on justice, equity, diversity, and accessibility policies and practices. As a strategist and creative, 

Beyond work, Kaila loves to return to her roots in theatre, film and television.

With her diverse background in administration, science, and education, Lila (she/her) supports LTRT with proposals, human resources, marketing and business development. Lila also enjoys hiking, camping, cycling, board games, and daydreaming about her next travel destination.

Matt (he/him)'s experience in in transit technology, on-demand transit, service planning, innovative transit strategies, scheduling and service design has given him expertise in analyzing, planning, and implementing solutions to improve public transit services. An avid rail buff, Matt is building his own model railway (when he's not playing dodgeball, volleyball or planning out the next campaign for his table-top gaming group).

John (he/him) i

As a digital accessibility consultant with 30+ years of experience in information technology and 10+ years in accessibility, John conducts LTRT's digital audits and remediation projects for websites, mobile apps, desktop software, e-Learning courses, documents, and emails. XYZ on personal life.

Natalie (she/her) has 10+ years experience in researching accessibility best practices, teaching disability studies, and supporting students with disabilities with academic accommodations. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys quilting, board games and swimming through piles of Lego. 

Lorna (she/her) brings 20-years of senior leadership experience for both conventional and specialized public transit services in Edmonton and Vancouver, specializing in strategy, policy, operations, and IT. Her hobbies include XYZ.

Mitch (he/him) is an experienced project manager, bilingual facilitator, and creative thinker who has focussed on improving the accessibility of the Toronto Transit Commission and its Wheel-Trans Transformation Program, integrating its specialized transit service with its conventional network. His hobbies include XYZ.

Based in Winnipeg, Victoria's (she/her/elle) expertise is in human rights-focused litigation, public legal education, community development, and equity-focused research. She is multiply neurodivergent and lives with episodically disabling health conditions, all of which inform her work in accessibility and disability justice. On weekends, you can find Victoria gardening, birdwatching, making art, and hiking with her rescue dog, Ruth.

Oskar Westin (he/him) is a digital accessibility leader and advocate, Oskar helps teams to understand and meet their goals, to provide accessible products and services. Oskar is also the co-organizer of #a11yTO, a volunteer-driven Toronto-based group that actively promotes digital inclusion for the design and development community. With nearly 20 years' experience in the digital industry, having worked with agencies and clients within the private and public sectors, Oskar provides flexible-by-design structure and process to allow team members to do their jobs to the best of their ability.  

Cara (she/her) is a seasoned disability rights lawyer, advisor and policy analyst with 18 years’ experience implementing accessibility legislation, reviewing best practices, and ensuring legal compliance.  In her free time, you'll find Cara sailing in summer and baking in winter.
